Dr. Khaoula CHAOUI EL GHOR is a profesor of Higher Education in communication at the Higher School of Technology - Dakhla, Ibnou Zohr University - Morocco.
In 2021, she obtained her PhD degree from the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of Agadir, where she specialized in Information and Communication Sciences with a focus on communication technologies and the Casablanca Smart City project.
Her research explores the intersections of communication and smart territory.
